Checklist for Dancers
- Costume(s) & Shoes
- Please make sure they are pressed and on a hanger
- Make Up
- Stage lights are bright and their faces can’t be seen without it.
- Foundation/powder, blush, lipstick liner, mascara(false lashes/optional), eyeliner, eye shadow, make-up remover.
- Hair
- Brush, comb, gel, hairspray, mousse, bobby pins, hairpins, clips, elastics
- Curling irons, hot rollers etc. if specified by instructor
- Special Undergarments
- If requested by instructor: Tights, strapless bras, clear straps
- Food
- HEALTHY SNACKS
- No candy, pop, chips etc.
- Juice ok, water preferably
- T-shirt(long/baggy) to wear over costume while eating
- Take off jewelry that is not part of your costume and leave it at home
- Activities (quiet ones please)
- Cards, coloring (no felts), board games, books, small toys
- Walkman/Discman to practice backstage
- Optional & Personal Stuff
- Medications (asthma, allergy meds)
- Baby wipes for hands & face
- Kleenex, paper towels
