Welcome to High Note! We cater to all ages and levels and tailor lessons to fit your specific needs and interests, including preparation for performing opportunities, events, festivals, auditions and musicals and other opportunities. Your curriculum includes exploration of various musical styles and techniques, theory and ear training, and participation in the year-end recital in June 2023.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

#1 Monthly	N/A	1st of the month, every month from Sept – Jun	Payment methods accepted: Pre-Authorized Visa, MasterCard, post-dated cheques.
#2 Drop-In	N/A	Before the lesson on the lesson day	Payment methods accepted: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, debit No Refunds.

* Please Note: Declined pre-authorized credit payments will be charged an additional $30.00 when the payment is processed again and all NSF cheques will be charged $35.00.
GENERAL POLICIES

1. Students missing lessons.

You can count on us to be there for your lesson, and we’re counting on you to come for your scheduled time.  For consistency, from September to June, a permanent day and time is set for your weekly lessons and that time belongs to you and no one else.

There are NO REFUNDS for missed lessons as teachers have pre-committed their time to teach you at your weekly set time.

We realize that due to extenuating circumstances, some lessons will be missed so we have a ONE MAKE-UP LESSON per year policy.  If you do miss a class, you are entitled to one make-up lesson free of charge before the end of classes in June 2021, if you notify us of your absence ahead of time. If a make-up time cannot be agreed upon after the teacher makes 3 attempts to schedule the lesson, the student forfeits their make-up lesson.

If you are a no-show, we will NOT make up your missed lesson.

If you miss more than one lesson, lessons will only be made up at the teacher’s discretion.  Re-scheduling isn’t always possible and it is unfair to expect our teachers to come in again after they were already here when you weren’t.

24 hours notice is required to cancel a make-up lesson.  If you do not show up for your scheduled make up lesson, you forfeit your make-up lesson.

2. Teachers missing lessons.

If the teacher cannot make a lesson, the teacher must make every effort to find a suitable substitute for that lesson. If the teacher cannot find a suitable replacement, the student will be given one of 2 choices:
· Reschedule the lesson for another time
· Receive a credit towards a future lesson

3. Commitment Policy.

There are no refunds and if I terminate my contract during the 2021/2022 season, you will be charged for the remainder of that season (Sept 2021-June 2017). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFER OF CLASSES/CHILD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PACKAGES

Dancin’ High Note Stars Package 1

1 Dance Class + 1 Music class (1/2 hour lesson) = $176.00 /month (price does NOT include costume fee)

Dancin’ High Note Stars Package 2

1 Dance Class + 1 Music classes @ 1 full hour class = $251.00/month (price does NOT include costume fee)

Triple Threat Package 

This package consists of a total of 3 classes:

1. Any Dance Technique/Recital class (non-competitive)
2. Song and Dance Class (performs in the recital)
3. Voice lesson (30 min lesson. Longer lessons have an extra cost not included in the package price).
