Harold Donnelly is an active member of the Vancouver music scene playing
with various groups and teaching. He holds a Diploma in Contemporary Jazz
guitar from Vancouver Community College, and is currently working towards a
Music Education Degree from Capilano University. Over the years he has recorded
many albums with various Vancouver based musicians. One current project is with

WE’RE ON YOUTUBE: HIGHNOTEschool

We are pleased to announce that High Note now has their
very own channel on You Tube! Our channel

name is HIGHNOTEschool (just type it in the search column
on www.youtube.com). We’ve recently uploaded videos of High Note students
(Mara, Tania and Kassia) performing at the Belvedere Care Centre for a holiday
concert. Please tune in to support!

This month, we will be filming 5 min excerpts of lessons
with each of our teachers to show the public what lessons at High Note are
like. We only post content of students with parents approval and we only
include the student’s first name. We will NEVER include the student’s age or
last name, and we will NEVER post content without parent’s permission. If you
are interested in being on our YouTube channel, please let our
Music Director, Emily Bolhuis know. Thanks for
your support as we promote High Note!

BTW, feel free to subscribe to our channel, post POSITIVE
COMMENTS (negative comments will be deleted), and share our videos with friends
on social networks such as facebook. Let’s spread the news about our wonderful
school together!

“ I think I should have no other mortal wants, if I could
always have plenty of music. It seems to infuse strength into my limbs and
ideas into my brain. Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with
music.”
~George Eliot

“When I hear music I fear no danger. I am invulnerable. I
see no foe. I am related to the earliest times, and the latest.”
~ Henry David
